Delivery and Pickup Options for Bloomington and Normal

Let's get the party started! Pollen and Pastry offers cakes and a small selection of desserts for any occasion. Birthday cakes, anniversary cakes, holiday cakes- we've got you covered!

Just select the cake or dessert of your choosing and checkout! At least 48 hours notice is needed for all orders as we bake everything to order from scratch. We’re still offering delivery on our Everyday Desserts to anywhere in Bloomington/Normal, as well as a no-contact pickup option at our Bloomington studio.

Some weeks are busier than others, so there may be some upcoming weeks where everyday orders will be limited. If a date is unavailable on the calendar, it’s because we are at capacity that date.

We are also unavailable for custom cake orders at this time. You can add a Custom Message Plaque to your cart to add a message to any of our everyday desserts if you need a bit of customization. Color schemes can also be indicated in the additional details box at checkout.

List of dessert flavors varies each week and doesn’t exactly match what is shown in the photo. May include a mix of macarons, brownies, cookies and other desserts.
